The blueberries are eaten raw and become excellent jams, sauces, ice cream. We can flavor meats, sausages, fish, cheese, wines with its leaves and bake fish or meat over the leaves. Also, the essential oil is used in perfumery and cosmetics. The blueberries protect the body because they have anticancer properties and help to enhance memory.
