Description
The long pepper is an evergreen shrub grown for its fruits in India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand. The flowers are full of colorful seeds. The ripe fruits are harvested and dried. It is used mainly in Indian cuisine for the production of pickles and very spicy dishes.
