Description
Parsley is a biennial aromatic plant that reaches up to 15-20cm. It seems, that it was cultivated in Central Europe from Neolithic period. In antiquity, it was a symbol of fun and festivities. By the trick of cooking use, Charlemagne introduced parsley as a therapeutic plant and spice. In cooking, it is one of the most useful and precious herbs. Its chopped leaves are accompanied with potatoes, salads and vegetables.
