Coriander is an annual herb with height 30-70cm and branching stems with carved leaves. Historically, the discoveries in the tombs of Pharaoh proved that coriander had been already used as an aromatic and therapeutic plant 3,000 years ago. As for the coriander's taste, it reminds of a mixture of sage and orange peel. Its aromatic fruits are combined well with cabbage and legumes. The therapeutic ingredients of coriander are hided mainly on seeds. In the form of beverage, the coriander helps on repletions, on stomach pains and diarrhea.
