Cardamon is a herbaceous plant that can reach up to 2-3m and originates from southern India. The cardamom is one of the oldest and most expensive spices around the world. In ancient Greece and Rome were turned the oil of cardamom to fragrance because of its pleasant smell. In India, it was called as the king of spices. The cardamon is mainly known as a spice that goes into delicious dishes or desserts but is combined well with sausages, meat, poultry and fish too.
